We love hosting people in our space in Lyall Bay and so stoked that you have brought home a piece of our story to try and enjoy.
We are a little bit different, a little bit out there, so we wanted to walk you through what you have in your hands.
Mountain – 42%abv
Our big bold gin is a botanical bomb. It is heaving with botanicals and juniper, this means that when you mix up this bad boy you are sure to still taste the beautiful gin, and not just the tonic.
This was designed as a gin for those who may have a few reservations about the gin category. With it’s citrus tones and a layer of lavender and rosemary it is smooth and easy drinking, perfect for backyard barbies with the friends.

A light tonic, we recommend Fever Tree Mediterranean.

Blood Orange – 41% abv
If you have not heard the story of our precious NZ Blood Oranges, then it is time for a trip to see us to hear it first hand.
Without spoiling to much, we hand peel and juice all of our New Zealand Blood Oranges during their short harvest season. With more size than other blood oranges, NZ Blood Oranges tend to carry a bit more sweetness to compliment the bitter citrus.
And hey, aren’t they gorgeous?

Through a little Southward magic we designed this sweet, subtle gin to showcase the best of what coffee has to offer.
some smoke and mirrors, we have woven in hints of chocolate and tobacco to make it a truly unique gin.
