Distilled in Wellington and matured for four and a half years in a former Pinot Noir barrel, this limited-release rye whisky brings together rye’s signature spice with rich red-fruit character, toasted oak and a long, warming finish.
Bold, slightly wild and unmistakably Southward, only 400 bottles were drawn from this single cask. No blending, no second chance—just one barrel marking the beginning of our whisky story.
